The Mission
run 10 primary schools, 3 high schools, 1 college, 1 pre-primary
school, 1 cultural centre, 5 adult schools, 7 Bal Mandirs,
7 coaching classes, 1 painting class, 2 computer classes,
2 spoken English classes and 1 nursery school, where a
total of 6319 students received education, while 583 are
accommodated in the students' homes and hostels attached
to these institutions. |
| The
Math run a high school with classes XI and XII, a hostel
including Harijan hostel and orphanage, a computer class,
a charka class and a Sanskrit class at Thrissur, 4 Primary
schools for poor children and industrial schools for girls
in Pune, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Valsad and in Calicut
sub-center under the Thrissur Math, where a pre-primary
school and a small hostel are also conducted. Coaching
classes for girls and Sunday schools for children in Chennai,
Thrissur, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Varanasi, Valsad
and Guntur are held. Computer centers with spoken English
classes conducted under the headquarters at Rasik Bhita,
3297 received education. |

Stipends
are given from the Headquarters' Ma Sarada Scholarship
Fund to 119 deserving needy girls studying in
different States amounting to a total of Rs.2,43,800/-.
In most of the centres, students received help in various
ways.
The Industrial Section of the Sister Nivedita Girls'
Scholl gives training for about 60 students, while tailoring,
embroidery, painting and other crafts are taught at
the Mission Ashram at Entally, the Vivekananda Vidyabhavan
and the centre at Guntur, number of beneficiaries: 107,8
and 406 respectively.
